Thank you for shopping with Strux Hair AB. We want you to love your hair and beauty products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@struxhair.com within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used beauty/hair products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@struxhair.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@struxhair.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


7. U.S. Customers

U.S. customers are also eligible for refunds under our policy. Note: we currently do not provide return shipping labels for international returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
