We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Other international destinations (case-by-case – contact us if unsure)

If we cannot ship to your country, we will notify you at checkout or by email before processing your order.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number if available.

For orders outside the EU:

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to deliver on time, Strux Hair AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is delayed or lost:

8. Address Accuracy
